After 20 years at creative/public relations agencies, Heather Smith founded Heather Paige Media in 2019 to provide strategic communications services directly to brands. Heather is passionate about helping companies connect with media, influencers and ultimately consumers by giving them content they truly care about. She focuses on developing creative ideas that are needed now more than ever to drive breakthrough results in a highly competitive and evolving media landscape. 

Most recently Heather was Vice President, Public Relations at 451 Agency (now Zozimus) and previously she was at agencies Loomis Group (aka Full & By) and Digitas. She has a knack for brokering innovative partnerships with influencers, nonprofits, celebrity spokespeople and more. Heather is also an expert at targeting moms; she’s been a recurring speaker at Mom 2.0 and brings real-life experience raising twin girls with her husband near Boston.
